We need a few people to step up and take over the 1st Vice President vacancy as well as needing a chairperson for the Auction.

Everyone loves what the PTO can provide for the staff, students, and teachers of Oak Hill; however, without fundraising, especially the auction (one of our biggest revenue sources), we will not be able to continue to provide support for the staff, activities for the students, or improvements to the school.

Please consider volunteering for either one of these positions.  If we do not have a chair for the auction by January 19, 2026 (two weeks), the auction will be cancelled, and a large revenue source will be lost.

Our PTO provided each staff & faculty member with an Oak Hill crab t-shirt and Oak Hill Eagle fleece to keep them warm, stylish and repping Oak Hill throughout the seasons!

• Please check for open volunteer opportunities within your grade level, as teachers continue to need classroom readers and support.

• Openings remain for Manic-Less Mondays, providing breakfast or snacks for teachers to help start the week positively.

Chess Club lottery winners were contacted in mid-December.

If you received an email stating your student was selected and they are no longer interested, please let us know as we have a long wait-list.

Chess Club begins Monday, January 12 at 2:30pm – parents please pick up by 3:30pm.

The Spring season of GOTR will begin February 9th, with practices on Mondays and Wednesdays through April. Registration will be open from Monday, January 12th, starting at 9 am through Sunday, February 1st. The program is open to all girls in 3rd through 5th grade, and with our current number of coaches, participation will be limited to 20 girls. If more than 20 girls register, a lottery will be run on February 2nd. Payment will be processed at the time of registration, and if your daughter is not selected in the lottery, your payment will be refunded.

Good News! If your act signed up to perform in the Talent Show, then your act is automatically enrolled! Emails went out on Sunday, January 4 alerting all acts.

Mini-Rehearsal sign ups will open on Sunday, January 11 at 8:00pm, these slots fill up quickly so please add this date to your calendar. These rehearsals will take place on February 10, 11, & 12.

Bedtime Story Night is scheduled for Thursday, March 5th at 6pm. We will need volunteers for set up, running stations during the event, and quick clean up after.

Due to the changes the Board of Education made to the 2025-2026 calendar, Special Friends Day will be held on Thursday, March 26.

School will now be closed to students on Friday, March 27.

Continue cutting and saving your Box Tops. There are still some out there!  Next deadline is in October. Please place Box Tops in a Ziploc bag labeled with your child's name and homeroom, then send them into school. We are receiving several baggies without teacher's name. Teachers will not receive credit for baggies without teacher names.
