PROMOTION DETAILS
Please communicate with all your registered guests not to arrive before 8am. This allows the buses and car rider drop off line to exit the grounds and allow space for guests.
Parking will be in the field in front of the school and volunteers will be out there to help guide your guests. There is also parking at Trinity Bible Church off Truck House Road as well, if you have guests who don’t want to park in the field.
Handicap parking will be in the front lot or side lot where the car rider drop off is, as space allows.
After parking, volunteers will direct all guests to the BACK of the school to enter through the music room. Handicap guests only are permitted to enter through the front entrance. Please make sure your registered guests have their photo ID with them to enter the building. If they leave their ID in the car, we will ask them to walk back and get it.
Guests MUST check in with our volunteers and show photo ID to confirm they were registered for a seat. Guest's names will be listed under the STUDENTS name they were registered for.
After they have checked in, they will be directed to the cafeteria/gymnasium. Each family will be emailed in the next few days with their seat assignment. Please share this with your guests. We will also have 4th grade volunteers with copies of seating assignments to help you find your seats. Seat assignments are listed based on the STUDENT’S LAST NAME. Please tell your guests this.
Example: student John Doe, seats will be listed “DOE A 1-4” for John Doe’s 4 guests
If you registered other Oak Hill students as your guests, they will be release from classes after attendance is taken. They will be brought into the cafeteria around 8:25, K-2nd first, then 3rd-4th, and lined up in the front of the cafeteria and released to you. Please do not linger and wait in the lobby for your student as there is not enough space. We need everyone seated as efficiently as possible to get things started on time.
There will be a photographer there to take pictures throughout the ceremony. Feel free to visit the link and support her through online orders afterward!

Pool Party
Just a quick reminder for the pool party for Tuesday, June 16th.
Location: Chartridge Community Pool, 455 Retford Drive, Severna Park
Time: 7pm-9pm
We have music, a photobooth and Kona Ice! There will be light snacks and drinks available for the kids and each 5th grader will receive a free snowball.
Please note that Chartridge Pool does NOT allow rafts in their pool.
This is a drop off event, but please know that you MUST sign your student in and out of the event with one of our volunteers. Please ensure we have the proper contact number for you in case of emergency.
We will have lifeguards and parent volunteers to help the event run smoothly, but please remind students of appropriate behavior and expectations while we are guests at this community pool. Throwing food or trash into the pool will not be tolerated and would lead to being excused from the event. We hope to be invited back each year!
