Promotion Tickets
Register by 5/20/26
Each student is allowed 4 tickets for guests. You must register each guest with their name and date of birth as it appears on their government issues ID. If you do not register your guests, they will not be allowed into promotion. All children 3 years of age and older will be required to have a seat (NO LAPS unless 2 and under). Tickets can NOT be given and traded with other families. All adults and children who want to attend (including Oak Hill siblings) must be registered.
Early Dismissal Form
On promotion day, you have the option to register to take your student home (and their Oak Hill sibling) for an early dismissal after the ceremony has concluded. Please please please fill this out in advance if you plan to take your student home early that day.
Pool Party Registration
There is a pool party for your 5th grade students (no siblings here, sorry!) that Chartridge Community Pool on June 16th from 7-9pm. This is optional, and free! This is such a fun time for the students, and entrance includes music, Photo Booth and snow cone truck. Drinks and snacks are also provided. To register your student to attend, please see the link on your membership toolkit. Parents must sign their student in and out of the pool party with one of our volunteers. Please do not drop off without signing them in and please don't ask them to walk home without being signed out!

ADDITIONAL TICKETS REQUESTS: SUBMIT REQUESTS BY MAY 20TH
There will be a lottery system for extra tickets. If you would like to be entered in the lottery for any extra tickets, please email us at ohespromotion@gmail.com with the number of extra tickets you are requesting. Please know that we will NOT be able to accommodate all requests. Extra ticket lottery drawing will occur AFTER all regular ticket requests have been submitted. If you are picked in the lottery we will reply back asking for the guests name and date of birth If you do not reply within 72 hours, we will have to move on to the next person.
