Religious and Cultural Observances
AACPS will operate on a normalschedule on the following days ofmajor religious or cultural observance:
  • November 8, 2026: Diwali (No Moon Day)
  • February 6, 2026: Lunar New Year
  • May 17, 2026: Eid al-Adha
Jewish and Muslim religiousobservance dates begin at sundownon the evening prior to the datesnoted and conclude at sundownthe next evening.
