AA-SECAC October Meeting

Description

The Anne Arundel Special Education Citizens' Advisory Committee (AA-SECAC) will host an in-person meeting on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., with an option for virtual viewing and participation.

AA-SECAC is a partnership between parents, families, community leaders, advocates, educators, and administrators. The committee works to enhance services available to students with disabilities and to advocate for positive changes in special education in Anne Arundel County Public Schools.

In addition to the general meeting, AA-SECAC invites you to a free screening of "This Is Not About Me" A Compelling and Honest Look at Non-Speaking Student. by Jordyn Zimmerman, followed by a facilitated discussion on supporting non-speaking students.
