Race For Education: Friday, May 10th!

On May 10th, OHES students will participate in our annual Race for Education! The Race for Education is a jog-a-thon (or walk-a-thon) for ALL OHES students where each grade will have a designated time to job (or walk) around the side field of the school.

Last year we raised just shy of $40,000 to enrich the lives of Oak Hill students with essential educational items and experiences!

STEP 1- CREATE A FREE MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT ACCOUNT  Already have one? GREAT!

STEP 2 - ORDER YOUR CHILD’S FREE T-SHIRT TO WEAR ON RACE DAY ONE FORM PER STUDENT. ORDER BY APRIL 5TH.

STEP 3 - PERSONALIZE YOUR CHILD’S FUNDRAISING PAGE. Log into Membership Tookit and navigate to your child's fundraising page, found within the My Orders & Volunteer Forms tab Fundraising Campaigns . There you can add your child's picture and emails of those you'll be asking for donations. Individual messages will go out automatically with a link to your child's fundraising page. Receipts, too.

This year's incentives...

HOMEWORK PASS for each student who receives three (3) donations.

ENTRY INTO GRAND PRIZE DRAWING for each student who meets and/or exceeds their individual fundraising goal.

30 MINUTE OF PLAY IN A VIDEO GAME TRUCK for each student who meets or exceeds $150 in individual fundraising.

MEDALS for the girl and boy in each class who complete the most laps on Race day.

A SCHOOLWIDE SURPRISE if we beat our fundraising goal of $20,000.

The PTO is very excited as this is one our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE THIS EVENT A SUCCESS! We have many ways that you can easily help from home too! If you are interested in helping in any way, please contact Jean Nagle jeannagleohpto@gmail.com
