Girls on the Run!

To Families of 3rd, 4th and 5th Grade Girls,

Oak Hill is excited to be offering Girls on the Run before school this Fall! The season will begin on Tuesday, September 21.

Tuesday and Friday mornings from 7:15 am - 8:40am, the group will meet at the yellow gate to the right of the front of the school building. If your 3rd, 4th or 5th grade girl is interested in this club, please click on the link below for information about dates, registration and cost. Online Registration OPENS: Wednesday, September 1
Lottery Announcement will come before the first practice, date TBD
First Practice: Tuesday, September 21 at 7:15AM
Save the Date for LUNAFEST: Wednesday, November 3 (More info to follow)
Last practice: December 3
Save the Date for End of Season 5K: Saturday, December 5 (More info to follow)

Girls on the Run Greater Chesapeake has also enabled an optional fun opportunity called Gourdy's Pumpkin Run (https://www.gourdyspumpkinrun.com/virtual-run-2021/). As the girls’ endurance grows and the season progresses, we’ll communicate more about where and when we could participate as a team in Gourdy’s Pumpkin Run!
